Question

With a FMM130 I would like to downgrade the firmware to "FMB.Ver 03.25.10.Rev175_ID1.e.xim"

which I received as a download link, including Teltonika.Configurator_1.4.10_C_160.

Unfortunately I only get an error message "Firmware update failed.Unknown error".

This FMB firmware should be suitable for the FMM130 tracker.

I ask for help:
1. Is this the correct firmware for the FMM Tracker?
2. How does a downgrade work properly?

Hello,

The behavior you described is expected as FMU/FMM/FMC devices have protection from a downgrade to the old FW after they had been updated to 03.27

It's always recommended to have the latest FW version. Please Clarify why you want to downgrade your device? Are you experiencing any issues with the device?

Firmware version 03.27.02.Rev.03 is recommended for FMU125 and FMC130 for Latin America and Australia region. Please change your device firmware. If you don't have correct firmware please contact your sales manager.
