Question

I have a FMU130 with LV-CAN200 configured with teltonika configurator and a couple of cars. For each of them i have configured the program number using this list https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/wikibase/images/8/8a/LVCAN200_list_2020_09_08_en.pdf.

For RENAULT MASTER 2015 works well but on every other car manufacturer ex: HYUNDAI i30 2015 or Ford Transit 2015 the can values ( total odometer, total fuel ) are showed with 0 value. The teltonika parameters are sended correctly. Both teltonika and lv-can are plugged on the OBDII interface with an adapter with the same pin configuration.

Every vehicle has different connection to CAN adapter, please create a query on a VIP Helpdesk and provide your cars informaton (make, model, production year) and you will receive connection manuals.

If you don't have VIP Helpdesk logins please contact your sales manager.
