I have nearly 40 Teltonika FM1100, FM1110, and FMA110 trackers and all of them have the same internet provider and configuration file and server but from all of them only 10 are working as it should and i can see in my tracking platform.

I have tried to reset them and re-configure them again but again are not working. What can it be this problem when all have the same everything? I have checked them and all are powered on!

Configuration file schould be prepared with apriopriate configurator version for your device. Please check firmware version of each device (getver command). If config file has been prepared with configurator that is suitable for newer firmware then your device has, it may be not accepted.

Current firmware version for FM11YX and FMA1YX is 01.27.32.Rev.00

If you don't have current configurator and firmware versions please contact with your Sales Manager. If you don't have any contacts with our Sale managers, please contact with them on our official website
