Question

Hello there,

currently i'm having some trouble getting this device to run properly. It looks like it decided to refuse to work like i want it to. That's why i tried to reboot it via the configuration software. But the only thing it does, is turning it off. It won't boot again, unless i plug it into my power adapter. The battery is at 90%, so that shouldn't be an issue at all. I worked with other GPS trackers before and honestly i never experienced such a weird behaviour. But that might just be me, since this specific device is quite new to me. ;)

Any ideas why it won't reboot properly?

Hello, 

Battery in the FMB devices is for back up only, it keep device running when vehicle battery is disconnected, device still remains online and sends data to server for period of time   . To start device you have to connect it to external power supply it doesn't have ability to start on the internal battery .
