Yes you can connect FMB140 to CAN lines via OBDII, but it will depend on car model what data can be read.
You should first check out if your car is marked as supported in the vehicle list and ask your sales manager for schematic if it is:

But if your vehicle is not supported, you can also try to connect to OBDII and performing autoscan procedure, more information can be found on: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB140_autoscan_feature_instructions
If your vehicle is not supported and you are not getting any results from autoscan please contact your sales manager for further assistance specify model, year and vin of the vehicle and how many vehicles you have that need CAN data.
