Hello support,

I want to configure the FMB920 box to alert me each time the battery is cut, but I only receive alerts after a long period of time. Could you help me please?

Thank you for your question.

Please clarify, have you configured to receive alerts via SMS or server platform?

If you would like to receive unplug event immediately on your server, you will need to enable high/panic priority in unplug detection scenario settings.
