Currently, it is not possible to remove the device's keyword except by putting in the correct keyword first, as this defeats the purpose of having the keyword in the first place.
However, if you have the keyword of the devices then you may delete/set new keyword by sending SMS commands to the devices, as follows:

Should you require an unlock code if the device is locked, then you may contact our engineers via VIP Helpdesk or reach out to your distributor/Sales Manager. If you don't have any contacts with our Sale managers, please contact with them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you click, please fill the form and submit it.
