Hi, I am new to teltonika devices, and i want to use geofence features

But when i create manual geofence polygon, it cannot be save to device, but if i try to make rectangle one, it can be saved to device

Could you help me with this, since we really need the geofence to be working for GPS accuracy test in small open area

And for the second question i want to ask about record data, if i have 10 recorded data that cannot be send due to signal blindspot, and on the next record, the signal available, it will send all previous unsend data right ? and how to sync it with the third party dashboard (i use Gurtam Wialon)

We do have a never firmware for FMB640 that will fix this, but unfortunately, we cannot provide any firmware version by the crowd support forum, we recommend you contact with your sales manager.

As for the saved records, Yes, it will send all saved records to the server automatically as soon as the signal is back.
