По государственному контракту взяли на обслуживание компанию у которой есть приборы Teltonika.

На одном из приборов в процессе попытки ввести пароль были исчерпаны попытки ввода и прибор сгенерировал код 42363dD709365b9825O1L000. Как нам разблокировать прибор? Просим оказать помощь как можно скорее.

Уже прошли сутки, как я обратился с данной проблемой через форму связи на сайте, до сих пор никакой реакции.

Thank you for your question,

Unfortunately, we do not unlock devices without receiving confirmation that a owner of the device is requesting unlock code. In order to unlock your device please make sure to contact your sales manager and inform him to contact Teltonika's support directly.

Provide information of the device:

• IMEI
• Unlock code
• An official document proving the purchase of this device from another company

The unlock code can not be provided here in support forum.

If you don't have any contacts with our Sale managers, please contact with them on our official 

website https://teltonika-gps.com/

and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
