Question

I have FMB630 and FMB920 devices. I am trying to configure both (one at a time). But for both of these devices, Navigation LED remains ON rather than blink every second. So what should I do to fix it ? Due to this issue, GPS is not giving location.

Navigation LED - if not blinking, indicates that device does not have GPS fix. Where are You configuring these devices?

What firmware of these devices You are using?

I meant testing environment. Are You configuring them somewhere inside the building? Or devices already mounted on the vehicles?
