Hello, there is a problem on my FMB920 devices. The red line that indicates the track is not correct but is the straight line between two signals so it apears the car to pass from places that it hasn't  never been there.There is an unknown reson that the device stops sending data to the server and after a period of time when it starts again sending signals to the server it drows a straight line between the two signals and the intermediate information of the track is missing. This hapends when the vehicle is moving and not when is stationary.

Hi,

If someone can upload the device log file, It will be helpful to understand, why the device is deleting the records.

Please provide some screenshots of your track and from the configurator: System Tab, Data Acqusuition. What is your device firmware version ?

I am sending you the information you asked but I cant answer you about the devices firmware version at the moment.  Please check the screenshots I sent you so as to answer me if the settings are correct and I would like to ask you if it is possible to sent me the firmware update for this device.

Hello,

Thank you for sent files, I see the straight line on your map, but it would be very helpful to have records from that period when issue happened. Your device firmware is 03.25.14.Rev.03, please update your device with the current firmware (03.25.15.Rev.32), I also recommend to set Movement Start Delay to 3 sec, to have accelerometer more sensitive (System->Accelerometer Delay Settings->Movement Start Delay). Please apply firmware update and settings and test device.
