Is it possible to read the information stored in the .cfg file of FMB010? I need some of those parameters to calculate advanced KPI.

.cfg files are simply compressed files.

So launch for example 7zip / winrar program -> open/drag this *.cfg file into window -> extract -> open via text editor.
