Hello,

We have been using the unit FM1120 for our fleet of 29 vehicles for a long time. We purchased these units from a Tracking solution provider company in Dubai. The company who sold us these units are however charging us with costly hosting fees for the application and hence we looked for an other company with lower hosting fees. We want to use the same FM1120 units as we have already purchased this units but the previous company is not willing to unlock the units nor to Factory reset. Infact they have quoted us additional money just to reset the units which is already owned by us.

We require Teltonika help in unlocking these units. We have all the documents proving we purchased these units. Please help us out in these tough times.
