What kind of cooler are we talking about here?

As far as parsing data, well that is something you have to figure it out yourself. if it is actually passing data via RS232 port to the device and it sends it to the server it has to be parsed on the server side, for the protocols that are used when encoding that data, it is best to contact cooler manufacturer and see if he can provide support on that matter.
