Question

Hi,

I have a new batch of FMB920, and when I try to activate the DOUT1 it doesn't provide 12V signal via the white wire, (although the digital output value is "1" in the configurator). is there any kind of configurations needed in-order to get an electronic signal from the white wire the DOUT1 is activated.
