Hello.

For Server IP <login> <password> setparam 1245 <IP address>

For Port number <login> <password> setparam 1246 <Port>

If you have not set login and passowrd for sending SMS messages just leave 2 blank spaces before command like this "  setparam 1245 <IP address>"
