Hi, I bought an FM6300 and downloaded all versions of FM6300_Configurator configuration software and installed vcpdriver_v1.3.1. When I connect the device to the USB port of my PC it recognizes it and a new COM port OK appears. But then I run the soft FM6300_Configurator and it doesn't recognize a connected device in any of all versions. I ask how to fix it. I can't find the Firmware Updater software or firmware versions for the FM6300 on the web either.

The Led Navigation blinks every one second and the Status Led Blink faster constantly.
