I have configured the device as instructed. But My device is not received GPS signal ex: lat long .
Although the GPRS status excellent signal, status: activated and my server received data from device.
Please help me!!!

Hello,

Your device only sees 2 satellites. For acquiring location, speed and angle information the device needs to see at least 4 satellites. Please configure your GNSS source settings to GPS+BeiDou or GPS+GLONASS+Galileo (to see which setup sees more satellites) in your configurator System tab and you should start receiving latitude, longtitude.
