Dear Support,

I have a problem with my FMB140 devices.
Seems that i updated with the wrong firmware and now the device can not be opened via configurator.

kindly help me.

I don't have access to FOTAWEB also.

Thank you for your question.

It could be due to your configurator version, to get latest configurator please contact your sales manager.

If you don't have any contacts with our Sale managers, please contact with them on our official website https://teltonika-iot-group.com/

and click on "Contact Us" button.

When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
