16315: FMB125 Issues - Stopped working

I have 4 new FMB125 that simultaneosly stopped comunicating. I already tried the SIM card on other GPS and it worked.

Their LED behavior is very odd, Navigate LED doesn't turn on and Status LED blinks every 10 seconds.

PC's USB port doesn't detect the GPS and it doesn't respond to SMS.

There's one thing they all have in common which is an analog fuel sensor.

Can anyone help me?

Hello,

Could you describe when devices stopped communicating ? If Navigate LED is not working then GNSS module is turned off because your device might be in Sleep Mode. Please check your device configuration and Sleep mode settings. More information could be found here:
