16213: Terminal log for FMB devices

Hi,
I am occurring on several issues with yours Terminal log for FMB devices. After some amount of time log stops by itself. I need to monitor one of our test devices with this log for for longer periods (couple of days), but every like 3,4 hours log is stopped by itself. Can you help me with this topic. I am using version 1.9b

Hello,

This issue could be related to sleep mode/inactivity. Please do not allow computer to go to hibernate/sleep modes while collecting data log information from devices. Also if the device restarts, you must reconnect to continue collecting data.

Hi,

mine PC is not going into sleep mode it is working all the time. When log is stopped and when you click disconnect there is an error: Frame error (I do not know what this error means).
