Question

Hi, I tried to integrate FMB120/920 model to my platform.

But the device upload its data delayed. For example, the car was ignition on 10 minites ago, but the device upload this information to platform just now. So the platform can not show this information accurate to users.

Is there any settings of device for this issue?

Records generation, saving and sending is highly configurable, please write more details, does those delays happens after ignition is on, what is your Data Acquisition settings, what is ignition AVL priority (in I/O section), Records Settings in GPRS section (from oldest/newest) ?

Please provide those information along with device firmware version, then I will be able to help
