Hello, I bought a vehicle with an old FM1100 device how to get the unlock code to make a new configuration. The local seller of the device is unknown because it is already old.

In your situation for you will need to block your device (write the wrong keyword several times). Also, we want to note that we do not unlock devices without receiving confirmation that the owner of the device is requesting an unlock code. In order to unlock your device please make sure to contact your Sales manager and inform him to contact Teltonika's support directly.

Provide information of the device:

• IMEI
• Unlock code
• An official document proving the purchase of this device from another company (if you buy unit from distributor)

The unlock code can not be provided here, in the support forum.

Hello, I don't think the problem is well understood because you write back to everyone on the same form. First of all, you can't determine who the local distributor is because the device was installed in a vehicle that has already been bought by another person several times and nobody can determine it. Then when a vehicle with this device has already been bought several times, none of the buyers has any sales document for this device because it is already several years old is withdrawn from production, so there is no gearing. Well, finally, not your representative in Poland and the users of your devices are very dissatisfied with help from your technical department.
