Hi, We have GPS Tracker FMB001 and its connected in 2012 Mercedes sprinter van, to test the DTCs we have created an air filter fault code, and when we send "faultcodes" sms command we get

No fault codes detected. Expected:0

How can we get the faultcodes??

Thank you for your question.

In this case, we would recommend to check if FMB001 could get any data from your vehicle. All you need to do is send SMS command obdinfo. If you will get a response with zero values, it will mean that FMB001 doesn't get any OBD data.
