15573: FMB640 no MCAN Data, it should at least send 0 values but ID´s arfe missing in AVL

We installed several FMB640 (FW: 00.03.65) with Manual CAN configured.

Some devices operate as expected, some do not send any CAN data (not even Zero values)

All devices have the same configuration. For the working devices we get two AVL packets per event, for the others only one packet with only IO-IDs in the AVL. Is there something to "activate " the Manual CAN?

Hi,

Please check in System settings,IO global settings,

If it's in don't send option, Device will not send the CAN IDs when the CAN data is not available.
