I have a FMB640 (fv 00.03.65) when connected via usb using the configurator software. I select the Dump command on the Status – Maintenance page. I get the following error “teltonika response id from device does not match with expected response id. Receiver response - filemangementrequestresponse, expected response(s) – ack.” Please help.

In your case, we would like to recommend to contact your Sales Manager to help you to check it with our Technical Support team.  If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-iot-group.com/ and click on "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
