Question

So, car is 2019 lexus es. Fuel level shows 0 on tracking server.

When i open device configurator, in obd2 section, fuel level option us in white background, while most of parameters are on green background. Any solutions?

Parameters with green background mean that they can be read from your vehicle and white - they can't be read from your vehicle.  By your description, it means that FMB001 can't get your mentioned data from the vehicle.
