Hi

I have connected teltonika devices to my own server that we have built for this.

Everything works good for 2 or 3 days. All devices sends data and server shows correctly. After 2 or 3 days the devices sends data only for some 4 or 5 minutes. If i connect to a different platform it works good. Do you have any idea why this happens? It would be really helpful for me.

Could you please say, how usually your devices send data to server when vehicle is moving and when is stop? Also, this happens for all devices? Moreover, could you please say which firmware version your devices are using?
