15044: Log / dump throws error "Response Id from device does not match with expected response Id"

After activating the logging, the counter starts with 10 Minutes and counts down as expected.

However, after hitting dump, I receive the following error:

Device: FMB640 with FW 00.03.65

Software: Configuration 4.23.0.0

Hello,

Can you try sending sms command 'login pass sdformat' command and try collecting dump log again? Let me know on the result.
