14870: Tracker stuck in timestamp

Hi,

I have 1 FMT100 tracker seems to be stuck in a timestamp from 2004. Time Data Last Sent 841 weeks ago.

It was previously installed to a vehicles but removed and since installed to a new vehicle.

Can I ask how can we get the tracker back online remotely? Or is there anything we can do?

Hello ryan,

Thank you for your inquiry.

To set timestamp correctly please try to send SMS command setparam.

SMS command setparam example:

  • If you have set SMS login and password: "login pass setparam 900:1"
  • If SMS login and password are not set leave two spaces before command: "  setparam 900:1"

Parameter ID 900 means Time synchronization settings and value 1 - NITZ and NTP sourses for timestamp.
