Question

Hi..

I have just purchased FM3001, I am trying to connect it to my notebook but no luck ..

below are what I have done:

- open its cover and connect it to battery

- download and installl Ms Net Framework 4.6.2

- download and install TeltonikaCOMDriver

- reboot my notebook

- Virtual com port not showing

- try to connect using bluetooth but it does not detected ..

could any body please help?

Thank you for your question.

Could you please confirm if you have connected device to power supply? What voltage is set to power up the device?

When you connect it to power, does LED's starts flashing?

The device is connected to USB Port of my notebook  and I did not see flashing led, do I need to plug FM3001 to car’s port for doing this?

ok.. now I see the flashing 2 leds

but still not detected..

i tried to plug it in into OBD port of my vehicle (Honda CRV 2014), and try to connect via Bluetooth from my mobile device, but also unable to detect it..

please help
