Question

hi, after i connect my FM3200 gps to power then i wanna try to connect it to usb for config it...
but it doesn't connect to pc and the usb light is off and when i open my configurator software ,choose my com and for example Use GetIMEI or reset device bottom i have a error "no valid Comport found"
i changed my cable or my port or my pc....
my driver all is installed.
i can config my another one gps i just have this problem for one of them.
do you think its a hardware problem?if yes what should i do?
pls help me to solve this problem.
