I changed my IP recently. When i tried to configure the new ip through sms it is not happening.I sent sms in the following order. I have taken car to put two spaces in front of all sms as i don't have set a sms password.

Please try to send SMS command like in example below:

"  setparam 2004:94.23.209.198;2005:2057"
