My name is Jean Calderón, Chief Project Engineer in Novaxis in Chile (www.novaxis.cl). My company develops software and hardware solutions for mining and transport markets. Right now, we started a new project that involve Teltonika devices. I am testing the FMB125, FM6300 and LV-CAN200 and the market is about 200 units. We need tracking vehicles and engine monitoring. So, I need to connect the LV-CAN200 to a Fiat Fiorino vehicle CAN bus in order to get CAN parameter and send them to my own server through a FMB125. So, please, send the next information:
1- The proper Programing Number for Fiat Fiorino
2- A list with the vehicles that LV-CAN200 support
In the other hand, the tech support in Chile is very poor and slow, even from Teltonika Chile. We are already bought 50 units of FMB920 for basic services, but I am testing the FMB125 for advanced services. So, this is the important question: What my company needs in order to become Teltonika official distributor.
