Hello. FMB001 does not wake up. The current is coming. He doesn’t go to Fota. She does not answer SMS-command ("cpureset", "web_connect"). There are no jammers. The sim card is working. What can be done? Is there a problem with the device? Thank you.

Let us know what sleep mode you have set on your device .

Please check  what sleep mode you have set on your device , some disable gprs and gsm module and can only waken by movement

The mode is Online Deep Sleep. Vehicles with devices move. Firmware fmb.ver.03.25.05.rev.00.e
