Thank you for your response in advance,

I've installed FMB122 for a client but my monitoring platform does not have FMB122 integrated.

FMB120 is integrated on the platform so I chose FMB120 in place of the FMB122 during the 'Device Type' selection.

But I can't get it online.

What must I be missing?

Hello,

Thank you for your query.

Please check device's server settings> Domain and Port. Make sure device catch GPS fix and sends records. What kind of platform you are using? If TAVL this should not make any difference if it is FMB120 or FMB122, device should appear online. (Might differ data sources which FMB122 has and FMB120 does not).

Please does Teltonika has a unique 'Server Port' under "Settings> Domain & Port" ?

If yes, what is it?

Also, the GPS catches GPS fix and send data.

I'm using Keytelematics Platform.
