Question

I need some help, please!! When I send SMS command "getver" for FM3612 or FM6300 a don´t have any answer or response, but if I send any else SMS command then I have respose.

How can I fix that?

I´m currently using the following firmware versions:

for FM3612 are 01.12.00.Rev.04

for FM6300 are 01.00.17

We will recommend to contact your Sales manager which will help you to update firmware for your mentioned devices. It needs because this issue was solved in the newest firmware.

Now I´m working a FM3612 with 01.13.05.Rev:0 firmware version, but I have the same problem.

login and password are not set and the SMS send format is <space><space>getver but I still have no answer.

It's very important for me to have an answer to this command.

It's necessary to change something in the configurator?
