10839: FM3612 show pending. Configuration file download on fota web.

My device is connected to fota web and log in every 720 minutes but the configuration file download remains pending now for 2 days.

Hello Pete,

Thank you for question.

For FM36XY, in FOTA WEB is supporting only firmware update. Other features like Configuration update will not be supported because of different components than in FMB family devices.
