1028: FOTA WEB - uploading devices gives "Device not found" under task and the device is not added.

For some IMEI's the server returns that the CSV file has bad syntax and for others the server says it has changed the company name. In the latter case the unit is not added and it says "Device not found" under tasks.

The IMEI from the device is entered correctly, but why is it not accepted by the server?
