So how we can activate the gprs ?

Hello,

Thank you for letting us know about your issue.

To activate GPRS you should enable GPRS context in your configurator and use your mobile operator correct APN, APN Username (if it exists), APN Password (if it exists).

You can perform it via SMS commands to your GSM number. SMS commands can be found by your device model in: https://wiki.teltonika.lt
