Could you confirm that this issue occurs with only single device?
Have you tried using other SIM cards? Have you tried inserting this SIM card into other device?
Also check if the PIN code for the SIM card is removed.
Most likely the SIM slot is damaged or there are issues with the SIM card you are using,
Please make sure that the SIM card is inserted correctly,
If this does not help, please contact your sales manager regarding the problematic device. This device should be then checked remotely by Technical Support team. We will not able to assist you here on community forum.
