In this case it would be the best if you would contact your sales manager regarding this and ask for Support help.
Inform him about this situation and provide the following details,
- The previous firmware version used
- Are you able to see the device on COM Ports.
- Does the device LEDs turn on?
- If previous is yes, do they blink or flash?
We will not be able to check or help you via Community forum if the device is in a bootmode, a remote desktop connection would be required.
