Unfortunately, we do not unlock devices without receiving confirmation that a owner of the device is requesting unlock code. In order to unlock your device please make sure to contact your sales manager and inform him to contact Teltonika's support directly.

Provide information of the device:

  • IMEI
  • Unlock code
  • An official document proving the purchase of this device from another company

The unlock code can not be provided here in support forum.
