Hi, I need to know how I can wire the device, If I supply only +ve and -ve, thus the device turns on. Will that be enough to track a vehicle? Or there is the need for extra wiring? Thanks

It depends on device configuration and use case. If it is configured correctly then VCC and GND should be enough for tracking.
