Hello. We have problem...we have instaled fmb640 but we can not  see fms data on any vehicle not even one. Does the teltonics configurator need to configure the can adapter or I/O can someone send me the. Can someone send me the picture as it is configured or direct me. The device is well connected to the vehicle ther is no proble. Maybe it is in the configuration fault. The device is not on the sleap mode. Can you helpe me... thank you

Thank you for your question,

In what kind of vehicle FMB640 device is installed?

• Please make sure that the ignition is on, the data is provided only when the engine is running.
• Please use SMS command "tachocheck" and send us the response (while the ignition is on).
• Please Make sure that under GPRS settings you have entered APN/Server settings correctly.
• Please make sure that  under IO and FMS IO you have set Priority  (Low-High) in order to get data sent to server
• What is the firmware version used? Use sms command  <login><password>getver

If you testing device when vehicle is stationary please use always setting under system settings:

Nothing change. We use fmb 640 but dont use tachograph is that a problem...APN is ok. We use firmawere 00.03.14. The device is use on truck MAN and Ivecko Stralis

It should not be a problem if you are not using tachograph. FMS data is taken from CAN wires  on FMS connector. You should be connected to FMS CANL and CANH wires and device should read data automatically. Maybe CANL CANH wires are mixed? scanfms command returns all 0's? Also try contacting sales manager

Yes we use the that fm version, The wairs is ok. Dont know vere is the problem...

It will show available parameters that can be retrieved from your vehicle.Please enable (set priority Low-High) in configurator FMS IO settings these parameters and you should get data to server.

Respond says that these parameters are read:
