When we,send sms scanfms the respond is :0,0,0,0,0,0 all number are 0 whay?What is problem?Whay can we see?

You must start the engine first
by
yes the engine is running, our vehicle is movning normally and we  can see its route and location we just cant see any of the fms data. Dont konow wat can be problem.
