Hello,

Thank you for your question,

  • Please make sure that the ignition is on, the data is provided only when the engine is running.
  • Please use SMS command "tachocheck" and send us the response (while the ignition is on).
  • Provide us the screenshots of your configuration if possible (Tachograph data section, CAN / Tachograph section).
  • What is the firmware version used?

We dont use tachographm we wont to see only FMS data, but we can,
