I ordered FMB001. In the documentation it has 24V ODBII Connector - but the one I got has 12V ODBII.

What can I do - I need it for a 24V bus.

Pin number Pin name Description
OBD data 10-30V pinout.jpg
1 DIN1 Ignition input.
2 PWM_BUS+/VPW
4 GND (-) Ground.
5 GND (-) Ground.
6 CAN_H CAN high.
7 K-Line
10 PWM_BUS-
14 CAN_L CAN low.
15 L-Line
16 VCC (10-30)V DC (+) Power supply (+10..+30 V DC).

the documetation of your web page shows 24V but the one I got as nose in the middle for 12V...

Hello,

Thank you about letting us know about your issue.

The old hardware version of FMB001 device uses 12 V and the new hardware version can be used with 24 V.

Please contact your sales manager with your device IMEI and issue and he will provide for you a solution in your case.
