Question

I have upgrade the firmware of my FM5500 and the configurator showed ok and the green message but after the restart the device didn't turned on again
I have download the latest firmware from Teltonika FTP (https://teltonika.lt/client/)

Hello.

Thank you for your inquiry. We have a few questions about this situation:

• When firmware was being flashed, was device LED blinking fast constantly?
• Which firmware was used before upgrade?
• How device didn't turned on again (didn't connect with computer, didn't turn on,...)?

thanks for your reply

• Yes the device leds were bilinking but I'm not 100% sure it was fast or not I was watching the updater to show the done with the green background which it did.
• I'm not sure but I think it was FM5500.01.03.13.Rev.0.e.
• Device isn't turning on and leds are not bilinking but when I connect to the PC I can see the COM4 but can't connect to it through the latest version of the configurator.
