I'm sending the following SMS to a client's FM12 to change the Domain, but it is not changing

setparam 1245 fleet.jgc.gr

Can you please help?

Hi, Neoklis.

SMS commands should include login and password, like login pass setparam 1245 fleet.jgc.gr. By default longin/password are not set, but whitespaces between them should persist in messages. In this case you should send "  setparam 1245 fleet.jgc.gr".

No, without quotes. I've use them to emphasise 2 whitespaces before setparam.
